Finance arrangements
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept cash,checks,Visa and Mastercard. When extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office manager. Please inquire about our payment options including pre-payment courtesy up to 5%. Our primary concern is your dentistry.

Dental insurance
We will prepare all the necessary forms for you. However, we remind you that your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, not between your insurance company and our office. We will do our best to see that you receive your maximum benefits.
